Visa’s identity system for the Winter Olympic Games, PyeongChang, started with the iconic brand motif — the Visa acceptance mark — a symbol of trusted acceptance. The symbol expands, gains energy and momentum — reflecting the Games and the fans who will watch, participate, and celebrate this global event. The symbol begins to move and transforms into a dynamic shape while still retaining the brand’s DNA. It has power and spirit reflecting the audience, the event, and the Visa brand — evolving and moving forward with purpose and confidence. We developed a comprehensive visual identity system, including assets and guidelines for global activation.
