Cybersource recognise the power of advocacy marketing, and in 2021 we helped them develop a communications strategy, content framework, and set of visual tools that made it quick and easy for teams to create and share customer and partner stories.

We’ve since continued to work closely with them to develop their collection of stories for key clients and partners. Our role typically includes writing interview questions, holding interviews with clients and partners, and writing and editing stories for use across sales materials, blogs, and presentations.
